| hey guys i realize i haven't written on here in almost a year, but i'm in africa and i'm sending out some mass emails and so if you want to get them just leave your email on here and if you respond to the mass email i'll do my best to get back to you again. i love africa so far! and God has blessed me so much to be able to be here and serve Him. my faith is growing every day and i feel like i am really alive and doing exactly what i need to be doing right now. thank you for the people who are already praying for me. i love you guys and haha i don't even know if one person will read this cause i've been disconnected from xangaland for so long! i'm only on here to keep up with the jimbob baker's pretty much :) alrighty. peace. | | |

| so here is the scoop:
i miss my family
and the north (especially Rita's)
i'm tired of smiling (just today, not in general)
i want to go swimming cause it's hot
i'm tired of eating out (i miss mom's cooking)
Pap is getting married soon and thats weird
i miss my best friends (talking on the phone doesn't count)
me and God are getting closer
i wish i had a car
i miss manatawny
i'm glad the strachans are in town
i wish i was graduating on time except that the sisters might go on campaign together...
i miss abby and carter
i miss PA
i want to learn how to drive a stick
and a motorcycle
i just wrote down everything in my head. now that my head's empty i'm gonna go take a nap.

| one more day till uplift is over!! and i have to say that i'm
pooped and that's exciting. but i will miss it, especially all
the people that i've gotten used to seeing everyday...i'll miss that a
lot. going to florida with the bakers in two weeks and that'll be
fun. Pap is getting married on the 27th and that is weird and
makes me miss mimi a lot, but i'm excited for him. annie's
getting married on the 5th and i'm pumped to get to see everyone
there and see her and dave get married. it's weird to think back
to camp days when we were all just friends not having a clue that two
of them would end up together. :) and then i'll be home for
a little while and hopefully get to see wiegand before we leave to come
back to school. i've really missed a lot of people this
summer.
God is teaching me patience and trust.
